COMMAND LOGIX is a command line tool that works with Logix Services to automate various functions in Logix using a CLX file as setup. The functions include Upload, Download, Partial Imports, Export, Mode Change, etc. The tool comes with an editor to create the setup file.

Create files that will update multiple PLC or files without opening Logix.

This is not a replacement for RSLogix 5000 or Studio 5000. A licensed copy is required.

EDITOR

The Command Logix Editor is simple way to create the CLX files that are required for operations. You simply create command, fill in the required fields and click Run Command.

Available Commands

  1. UPLOAD / SAVE: Upload the current project and Save.

  2. DOWNLOAD / RUN MODE: Download the new project and leave PLC in Run Mode.

  3. DOWNLOAD / PROGRAM MODE: Download the new project and leave PLC in Program Mode

  4. RUN MODE: PLC in Run Mode

  5. PROGRAM MODE: PLC in Program Mode

  6. IMPORT OFFLINE: Partial Imports Offline.

  7. UPLOAD* / IMPORT ONLINE: Upload project if Online project and Offline project do not match, Partial Imports Online.

  8. UPLOAD* / IMPORT OFFLINE: Upload project if Online project and Offline project do not match, Partial Imports Offline.

  9. UPLOAD* / IMPORT OFFLINE / DOWNLOAD: Upload project if Online project and Offline project do not match, Partial Imports Offline and Download.
